What's the ?: They may or may not be from bug bites. Try topical cortisone cream. If not improving or getting worse after 3-4 days, see your doctor.

Swimmer's itch?: or seabather's eruption. Both are similar in many respects, they cause red itchy bumps that may become vesicular, "small blisters". Treatment is focused on symptom control with antihistamines, anti itch lotions and topical steroids, with severe eruption oral steroids may be required. Spontaneous resolution often follows.
