I checked reference.medscape.com and inputted caffeine along with invega sustenna it does say one interaction that caffeine decreases sedation but invega sustenna increases sedation monitor closely so can i still consume the two no together ?

It has to do with lowering the threshold for seizures through the interaction between Invega and caffeine. Keeping coffee use at a minimum or using decaf should help.
