i am having mild chest pains near my collar bone region and lower rib on the left hand side. my left hand was tingly. i have been to the gp last week, an ecg was done, its clear. diagnosed pinched nerve. still in pain, comes and goes. advice please?

Physical therapy : unlikley heart probem. " pinched nerve" in neck and collar bone can be result of repetitive use as holding phone by chin, prolonged poor posture at work. lack of exercise... Physical therapy may be helpful to imrove posture , flexibility and reliev area of nerve entarpment or pinch. regullar stretching and exercise, work ergonomic evaluation is important.maintain healhty body weight as well.

i have light pain in my left wrist it comes and goes once every so often-what is it?

Wrist pain: It sounds like an overuse syndrome.  Is it your dominate hand? What do you do for a living or recreation?  Is there a specific activity or position that makes it better or worse? Weight gain?.  There are many causes depending on the the exact location of the pain but if there is an obvious cause then that should be addressed. Simple analgesia, wrist exercises, or a splint may help.

i  have pain in my wrist sometimes today is  the first time i'm experiencing a pain from my wrist to my mid arm.  it comes and goes what can it be?

CTS: It could be tendinitis or carpal tunnel syndrome most likely. See your doctor if it persists or if otc medications do not help.

Injury: The most likely cause is repetitive trauma to muscle and fascia of your forearm. What physical activity have you been doing in the days as the problem started? This may be your easiest clue. : Are you left handed? Do you use your wrist a lot like playing computer game with left hand? Your symptoms are quite consistent with left wrist carpal tunnel syndrome. 
You can use a wrist brace during sleep or when you do not use your wrist too much as a treatment trial.

Wrist pain: So many things possible. The fact that is non trauma related makes you think of an inflammatory arthritis or crystal (gout) arthritis. Specific overuse problems such as dorsal compartment tenosynovitis. Hard to give specific answer without complete history and physical.
