Not "concerned": but aware enough to have this followed up!
A "fatty liver" is possible but you have to be morbidly obese for this to cause elevated liver enzymes.
A complete "work up" is indicated. Benign Glycogen Storage Disease is one of the most common causes!

Inflamed Liver: Elevated AST is usually a sign that the liver has become inflamed. Several things can cause this including infection by viruses, alcohol, stones in the gallbladder, fatty diets, genetic problems with metabolism or other more rare conditions. A primary care doctor can usually do a history and physical to determine likely causes and necessary testing. Avoid alcohol.

Usually liver injury: Ast is an intracellular enzyme in many cells, e.g., liver cells, red cells, heart muscle etc.  Injury to any of these cells causes elevation of blood levels of ast.  Liver injury causes the highest elevations.

Some liver injury: Serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT) or aspartate aminotransferase, ast and serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) or alanine aminotransferase (alt) are useful biomarkers of liver injury.  However, ast is also present in red blood cells, and cardiac and skeletal muscle, so is not specific to the liver.  In the case of liver, it does not point to the cause or duration of injury.

Don't treat labs: If the SGOT / SGPT are up, you need to find out why. If you're injuring your liver with alcohol, they're your wake-up call. If it's a medicine to which you're allergic, you must stop it. If you have chronic hepatitis, hemochromatosis, wilson's, or autoimmune hepatitis, this needs to be addressed. If they're up from extreme fitness, good for you. Metabolic syndrome is best rx'd by exercise.

Many possibilities: Ast (aspartate aminotransferase) is an enzyme made by liver & muscle which when damaged can leak AST into the bloodstream more than normally. In addition to liver injury (eg from alcohol, overdoses of meds like acetaminophen, viral hepatitis, med side effects, hemochromatosis, fatty liver), AST can be high occur in thyroid disease, adrenal insufficiency, muscle disease. Sometimes no cause is found.

Seek the cause: These are markers for ongoing / smoldering liver injury. If mine were over 40, i'd seek a reason. The cause  may be anything from too many drinks per day to deadly-but-very-treatable illnesses like hemochromatosis or wilson's.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your AST is barely above the normal level. If you drink alcohol, do not do that. If you are overweight, try to lose some.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex.
