Some liver injury: Serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT) or aspartate aminotransferase, ast and serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) or alanine aminotransferase (alt) are useful biomarkers of liver injury. However, ast is also present in red blood cells, and cardiac and skeletal muscle, so is not specific to the liver. In the case of liver, it does not point to the cause or duration of injury.

It means your liver: Is inflamed and not happy . Do you drink alcohol ? This enzyme is the one that elevated the most from drinking, even binge drinking . The good need is that it it is not that bad and if you are drinking it should probably go back to normal fairly quickly. Avoid tylenol (acetaminophen) also. If you have other questions talk to your doc!
