Probably nothing: Nothing at all is likely to happen. 
If someone who was ill contaminated teh salad, then it's possible after 12 days that it woudl give you either gastroenteritis or food poisoning., If it was processed and prepared, and simply old, the risk is small.

Partially: Both are healthy vegetables, but your diet should contain more than vegetables alone. Add beans, nuts, seeds, whole grains and fruits if you are vegan. Add wild fish like salmon if you are not.

Fiber is important!: Insoluble fiber such as found in wheat bran, nuts &amp; potatoes promote the movement of material through your digestive system and increases stool bulk therefore helping with constipation. Steak &amp; potato may therefore be OK in moderation but for your overall health I suggest limiting your consumption of red meat to a few times a week and eating more foods with fiber such as beans and vegetables.

i ate a whole head of cauliflower, i made it like a mashed potato.  around 1/2 hour later i got such a sever pain in the middle of my stomach that traveled under my wing bones, and it lasted for 1 hr.
