Up to 4 days: It may take up to 4 days for urine to be clean. Drink enough water so that your urine is colorless.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Outpatient rehab: I would strongly advise your friend to enter a rehab program. She could look for outpatient rehab programs in her area, as well as attend Narcotics Anonymous. An inpatient program may result in greater success with a lower chance of relapse. This needs to be taken very seriously.

No: The antibiotics do nothing with the meth. It is metabolized separately from the antibiotics and will eventually disappear from the body over time.Special studies of your hair could show trace amounts within the hair that persists for quite a while.

Yes: frequently, hypogonadism (low testosterone), is associated with meth and narcotic use, (long term). I recommend labs tests for testosterone, and if low, treat it!!
