As little as 3 cups of green tea per day can help your dna regulate itself through epigenetic pathways by  "silencing" cancer causing genes and activating protector genes. Honey is sweet. :).

Studies to date are : Inadequate to answer that question fully.  Preliminary results of 1 study suggest mangosteen may be beneficial for treatment of periodontist when applied in gel to gums. Mangosteen is being studied to determine effects of xanthones (potent antioxidants) ;  effectiveness as a topical acne treatment. It has been used by native asian healers in treatment of tuberculosis, infections ; diarrhea.

Green tea is: good for you.  It is picked earlier than black or red tea and thus has more potent antioxidents in it.  Some green tea is flavored w/peppermint or jasmine which is not a problem but it may lower the content of the actual green tea.  White tea is picked earliest and is even better than green tea. Green tea bags are: fine but if you want a large dose of the healthy compounds in green tea consider buying EGCG capsules at the health food store.  EGCG is the main benefit involved in drinking green tea.  It is a good antioxidant, and with varying degrees of research, used to boost immunity and burn a little extra fat.  Peace and good health.

DGL is used to: help with acid reflux and is safe.  It is a licorice product found in health food stores.  If you take licorice that is not DGL, over time it can raise your blood pressure.
