Possible : But pretty resilient and can withstand great forces. Contusion of one the organs is more likely.

No: But endometriosis may occasionally attach to the intestines and ovarian cancer can cause blockage, but a simple ovarian cyst will not affect the intestines.

Unlikely: In almost all instances of intestinal perforation there is associated  intense pain.   There are some instances when, due to a decreased immune system ,  the patient may not experience as much discomfort, but these are not typical.

Chronic infection,: Inflammation, strangulation, obstruction, surgery complications etc may cause si rupture. You treat the main problem to prevent it from happening. Symptoms would include increasing abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever etc.Along with clinical findings, xrays and ct scans will detect the problem. Take care!

Peritonitis: Peritonitis is a serious infection that occurs when the intestines rupture, not gangrene. Peritonitis can become very serious or life threatening within hours of intestinal rupture. Small bowel perforation is not that common & most often would occur due to intestinal blockage from internal adhesions.

Can , but rare: At 26 to have a colonoscopy there are specific indications you don't have any symptoms , surveillance colonoscopy is done after the age of 40 .Is a relatively safe procedure must be done by a trained physician Yes older members of your family are candidates for procedure

See a GI doctor: Can't imagine why it takes 5 months for a colonscopy if you are symptomatic with diarrhea and blood in the stool.  You must discuss this with the doctor and if they will not schedule you sooner, seek another opinion. Do not assume the blood is from hemorrhoids. If it is, great.  If not you need to clearly determine the source. Hemorrhoids will not explain your other symptoms. Get seen and get well.

can endometriosis cause diarrhea difficulty with bowel movements and painful trapped gas? will progesterone help this? ive been advised by 3 gynecologists over the years to go on hormones for endometriosis and ruptured cysts. i prefer alternatives?

: Yes and the choice is always yours as to which alternative you want to try. I would recommend listening to you Drs. though.  But it is your choice. I know of no alternatives that have been properly tested to see if they help. 3 out of 3 gynies suggests to me it would be worth a trial of progesterone. But the choice is up to you.  Good luck.
