Yes.: it sounds like a dangerous game, similar to Russian Roulette.  There are several apps to help determine the potential interactions of different drugs.  Many have very dangerous interactions, with possible death.  Adding alcohol to that combination is very irresponsible, and potentially fatal.

In moderation: There is no specific interaction between ethanol and keflex. A drink or two with Cephalexin isn't going to interact, but moderation is the key. Too much alcohol and your body's ability to fight off infection is lowered, which defeats the purpose of taking an antibiotic in the first place.

There are different: Types of  sleeping medications. Taking beer with some sleeping pills could definitely be dangerous.   Ingesting beer with a significant amt of sleeping medications  could be lethal for a person. I would encourage you not to mix beer or other forms of alcohol with sleeping medications.

You'll be fine: That's a lot of beer, though. You could probably get happy with a lot less, or maybe even just the good company. If you look at studies of how guys do with alcohol, if you have five or more drinks at one setting more than twice a month, you're headed for unhappiness. I'd avoid alcohol: I would recommend completely avoiding alcohol and all other sedatives while taking Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl).  The combination of taking the two could be dangerous in the regard of increased drowsiness and sedation. You may also be taking pain medicine, which would also be a complicating factor.  Please avoid all alcohol until you have discussed this with your treating physician.

so no i don't take tylonal regularly  but accidently took 1650 mg over a three hour period. and as far as i know my liver is ok i do sometimes drink beer but on the day this happened i had not had a drink in 48 hours will i be ok?

Tylenol: You should be fine. Acetaminophen toxicity would involve a much higher dose. Be careful moving forward and stick to the recommended dosages to avoid any untoward issues.
