I'd avoid alcohol: I would recommend completely avoiding alcohol and all other sedatives while taking Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl). The combination of taking the two could be dangerous in the regard of increased drowsiness and sedation. You may also be taking pain medicine, which would also be a complicating factor. Please avoid all alcohol until you have discussed this with your treating physician.
