Decreased volume: As the filler in lips decreases, the volume of the lip will slowly decrease.  I have found that when patients are more regular with their fillers, it seems to last longer and longer than the patients who come in only after it wears off.

Lip Injection: The minimal age limit for any aesthetic procedure is 18 years old since this procedures have no emergency issues and should be able to make an informed consent most physicians prefer the patient to be of legal age to have the procedure. The only exceptions are cleft palate and cranio-facial deformities that carry risks if not treated promptly

Depends: Everyone has different shaped lips so will require different amounts  most people want to start off slowly, always trying to keep a natural lip line and fullness.  I would say one vial for sure but if super thin will need two.

Experienced injector: The biggest concern of my patients who have fillers in the lips is a "done" overly full lip.   By injecting sequentially in the lips and strategically placing the filler, one is able to get natrual looking full lips without the stigma of over injections.

Depends....: It depends upon what was injected and how much. Most lip injections last a few months and start to absorb in a few weeks to a month. Newer materials last much longer, but look and feel less natural.

Dont think so: If your lip is overfilled and stretched than I think it possible that after the filler is gone the tissue may look more wrinkled.
I doubt when at the peak of filling there would be more wrinkles.

Petro jelly on lips: 21 F: Is it okay if I continue to wear an expired petroleum jelly on my lips? ANS: my guess is that it never expires. They used to pack tanks in it to prevent rusting for years. . But why risk it? New stuff can't cost that much?

Usually No: Usually no ... Orthodontic braces move teeth by using low level force for a long period of time.  Unless you constantly bit your lip for 10 hours a day, then i don't see why it would extend your treatment time.  Try invisalign if you're concerned about biting lip problems.  Good luck!
