Pinched nerve: Because patients having cardiac problems can have these symptoms, you should have this ruled out.  But the most common cause is an irritation of a nerve in the neck by a bone spur or herniation that can cause pain or numbness that runs down the arm into the hand.  An MRI can usually show the cause of the problem if it does not resolve.  Thank you for the question.

one week of continuous left side chest pain, left side neck and back pain. some tingling effect on left hand fingures. is it the sign of some heart problem ? normal ct angiography 2 years ago. age 40, normal bp, no diabetes and okay lipid profile?

: Why did you have the CT angio initially? This is somewhat concerning for dissection and if you're able to access emergency care please do so, especially if you have some risk factor or predisposition for aneurysm or dissection. The normal BP is reassuring, but is that in general or recently?

3 times random wrist pain left only. hurts with use & movement on back of hand side of wrist. what could cause this & what to do w/o paying for appt?

Wrist: If you have no fevers and no swelling in the area or redness the most appropriate thing to do initially would be to take Motrin over-the-counter if you do not have any problems with your kidneys and utilize ice rest and elevation. You can also obtain a wrist splint from your local pharmacy to immobilize the wrist to see if this helps

Well: And in general anybody with that kind of localize wrist pain needs to be evaluated in person by primary care physician urgent care emergency room orthopedic doctor.this could represent infection tendinitis fracture injury. For specific diagnosis and treatment seek prompt medical attention and evaluation

DeQuervain's: This is tenosynovitis of the first dorsal compartment of the wrist.  You have basically performed a finkelstein test.  Go see your orthopaedic surgeon for evaluation and treatment.

Wrist pain: So many things possible. The fact that is non trauma related makes you think of an inflammatory arthritis or crystal (gout) arthritis. Specific overuse problems such as dorsal compartment tenosynovitis. Hard to give specific answer without complete history and physical.
