Tiny bit of candy.: Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar &amp; junk carbohydrates.  Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda &amp; caffeinated beverages.  Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must &gt; calories consumed.  Do both cardio &amp; weight training.

is ok to eat the string in rock candy without any harm its so hard to seperate the candy from the string does it break down well enough?

hi i would like to know how to get my tasted buds back. i eat this toxic waste candy and it made my tasted buds come off. how do i get them back? but

Unknown.: Ths is very unusual but may need to see someone such as ent. They may be able to look very carefully at the tongue papilla and see if there is severe damage such as chemical burns and scarring to the tongue. If so , you may not be able to regain the taste buds. 
An oral surgeon would also be ok.

Not just chocolate..: Tootsie rolls have many other ingredients besides chocolate.  It is likely that you are reacting to one of the other ingredients.
The ingredients of a chocolate tootsie roll are: sugar, corn syrup, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, condensed skim milk, cocoa, whey, soya lecithin, and natural and artificial flavors.

sometimes i get this weird buzzing or popping sound inside my head (almost like pop-rocks candy) and usually when i'm lying down. what is it?

Water in ears.: It could be caused by water in ones ear canals.  Less likely in a 16 year old would be an inner ear or eustachian tube origin.  Least common would be an auditory nerve problem.  This symptom is not likely to be due to a problem in ones brain.

Don't recommend this: These vitamins most likely contain both fat and water soluble vitamins.  So - levels of some vitamins could raise too high.

good children's toothpaste? are there any good toothpastes for children that don't taste like bubblegum or candy? i'm not really comfortable with how some of these are marketed.

The : The best source of a recommendation is your child's pediatric dentist.  He / she will know what is best for your child.  The three most important factors are that the toothpaste is ada approved, contains the recommended level of a Fluoride compound, and attractive to your child so that they will want to brush.
