i was involved in the minor taxi accident and i bumped with my left arm on the side of the tax i feel pain but not that much i don't know if should do a check up?

Bump: If you have minor discomfort without functional problems, than medical intervention may not be required.

toothache pain can't see dentist at moment but pain is mostly mild sometimes excruciating but when i rest my head on my arm on the side of the effected tooth my whole jaw shakes teeth chatter what could cause that?

: You are putting pressure on the area of the tooth that is in question, thus causing more trauma to the tooth. Since you can't see a dentist now, take Tylenol ES. and some Advil or Motrin. Ask your dentist for advice and best way to resolve this situation until you can make an appointment, don't wait too long, you could end up loosing the tooth or causing a more expensive treatment.

Try meds, exercise: If mild, try gentle stretching and aerobic exercise. Also try over the counter medication like acetaminophen, Ibuprofen or naproxen. Heat or cold packs may help. If these fail or things worsen see your primary doctor for further assessment, treatment or referral to a physical  therapist or specialist.

i'm 19 and just had a (just diagnosed) lyphangioma excised on my side under my arm. will they start appearing other places now??

Tend to be genetic: So discuss with your doctor that probablity. It can occur wherever there are lympho nodes or lymphatic vessels, even in the back of the eyes. Let's hope your's are arrested. Best is not to get colds as this seems to exacerbate the situation by stimulating lymphatic drainage, or swelling.

i just wanted to find out why my left side hurts under my arm. its been a week that ive had it. can you help with a possible answer?

Not enough: For a meaningful answer. Where exactly is the pain, armpit, lower on the rib cage, is pain continuous or intermittent, if intermittent is there a pattern, what seems to be causing it. What were the circumstances when it started, strenuous effort, having a cold? From an inflamed lymph node to musculoskeletal a variety of possibilities.

i have been having pain in both shoulders for a few weeks now. i cannot lay on either side without pain and lifting either arm creates excruciating ?

See a doctor: You should definitely see a doctor to evaluate your shoulders. This could be rotator cuff syndrome or other problems that require treatment by a doctor.

i've noticed my dominant arm (right side) is smaller/thinner than the other one. why is that? i would think it would be larger due to being used more.

You are correct ...: ... usually the dominant extremity is a little more muscular and can potentially be measured as larger.  While unlikely, I suppose it is possible your right arm is a little atrophic...underdeveloped due to a neurologic or muscular problem. It is probably just a normal variation that makes you, you (!), but I would probably have your doctor examine you with this in mind just to be sure. Stay well:)

Sounds like: Nerve compression in the neck causes the burning feeling. See your doctor for physical exam and treatment plan.
