Tend to be genetic: So discuss with your doctor that probablity. It can occur wherever there are lympho nodes or lymphatic vessels, even in the back of the eyes. Let's hope your's are arrested. Best is not to get colds as this seems to exacerbate the situation by stimulating lymphatic drainage, or swelling.
