No: The needle is not long enough to hit anything except a minor skin vessel.

Possibly: It is fine to have a small bleed after taking an injection and it should stop bleeding quickly with pressure applied and a band aid.  Soon you will both get enough experience that it will not bother you.  Hope you do well.

Hit artery: you may hit artery not vein if so much blood came out
just put pressure for it to stop

See a : Doctor. You need to be examined to make sure you are not getting an infection and that no glass is left in your arm.

: It would uncommon to hit an artery.  Rarely a small vein may be injured. If a hematoma (black and blue swelling) appears a vein may have been injured.  Bleeding from an artery would be brisk and pulsing but that is rare from an IM injection

No concern: There is no danger at this point, the concern with hitting the vein is that the medication can go directly into your blood.

: If you're shown proper technique and location (depends on medication, volume, etc), it's difficult to hit an artery or major vein. If you DON'T follow proper technique, then it's fully possible to hit an artery or vein. Air bubbles in an artery can cause air embolism (essentially a stroke). In a vein they may do similar, although not nearly as likely.

No: probably popped a vein and u should ice it and rest it

i'm guessing i reptured a vein.
there is no discoloration or pain?

Broken blood vessel: There may be discoloration by tomorrow.  The rule of thumb, however, is any pain/bleeding/swelling should be evaluated by a physician.  In the meantime, cold compresses.
