Nothing good: Cervical dysplasia is what is called a pre-cancerous condition; it's not cancer, but there is a risk that it will develop into cervical cancer. Managing it depends on the degree of the dysplasia, and it is really important that you continue to follow-up with your doctor to prevent it from progressing. The earlier you treat these lesions, the easier they are to control!

Depends: While hip dysphasia occurs as a child, the future ramifications may last and worsen into adulthood. This depends entirely on whether the hip joint maintained normal shape and thus developed properly or not. If there is residual deformity, it will likely lead to future pain and arthritis. You should have an xray evaluation to find this out.

Pain , limpping: The first sign of hip dysplasia in an adolescent or young adult are typically hip pain and/or a limp.
An x-ray can identify hip dysplasia by the shallow socket (acetabulum). Clicking, popping, or limping may occasionally lead to the diagnosis of hip dysplasia. It may also be discovered on an x-ray taken for other reasons. Painless hip dysplasia may be left over from childhood dysplasia.

Maybe: I am not aware of any medical studies which confirm what you have described, however I do know that everyone's body is different, and it may be that your individual body does compensate in that way.  I would certainly consider seeing a physician to evaluate whether there is any underlying right hip pathology to explain what you are seeing/experiencing.

Forever?: Life has no such certainties as "forever", except as the old saying from ben franklin's writings goes: "in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes."  for example, a person with a better right hip can be unlucky and develop bad arthritis in that hip, or just fall down and break it.

Language : Cortical dysplasia on the left can lead to language problems - receptive, but more likely expressive lr comprehension. These would be of the central language processing type.  If the temporal lobe is also affected, then the problem will be more severe.

It varies.: The number of people who develop dysplasia in UC varies, depending on the extent of colon involvement, its severity, and the duration of the colitis. The general recommendation is to get checked out if your colitis extends beyond the sigmoid colon and has been present for eight or more years. It is a good sign that you are in remission. Be diligent in your treatment and follow-up. Good luck.

Probably not: Most cases have little or no symptoms. Even if there is pain, it can usually be controlled with medications. I would think that at age 23 disability would be the last thing you would want.

Albright syndrome: Yes. This syndrome affect harmones. Precocious puberty is oftenly associated with this syndrome.
