Maybe: I am not aware of any medical studies which confirm what you have described, however I do know that everyone's body is different, and it may be that your individual body does compensate in that way. I would certainly consider seeing a physician to evaluate whether there is any underlying right hip pathology to explain what you are seeing/experiencing.
