Does any one know about learning problems caused by cortical dysplasia on the left?

Language : Cortical dysplasia on the left can lead to language problems - receptive, but more likely expressive lr comprehension. These would be of the central language processing type. If the temporal lobe is also affected, then the problem will be more severe.
