You need to figure out what's causing the ED to be able to best treat it.  But there are things to avoid like alcohol and nicotine.  Otherwise, your best bet is just to live health which means eating health with diet rich in colorful veggies and fruits.

Eat what you like: You can eat whatever you like. It is important to maintain good nutrition while fighting off an infection.  Note,  some antibiotics need to be taken on an empty stomach and some foods or other medicines can impair absorption of some antibiotics so check this with your pharmacist.

Function well: The gallbladder stores bile.  Without it, the bile dribbles into the intestine with larger amounts released when you eat- but not as much or robustly as with a normal gallbladder. Should be able to eat without restriction- but eat rich fatty foods slowly,  to allow enough bile to mix and emulsify the fat for absorption.  I place no other restrictions on my patients.

Enjoy it.: Start with an activity you enjoy (walking, jogging, swimming....Any other sport). Do this at least 4x/week for 30 minutes each time. Start slow and increase your intensity each week. The key is to pick activities you enjoy in order to make it a new lifestyle for you. Foods-half of your plate should be veggies, and stay away from sugary drinks. Baby steps...

If you mean instead that it's dry or flyaway, you may need more healthy fats in your diet, such as fish, ground flax seeds, walnuts, avocados, etc.  Or supplement with high quality fish oil. Zinc, protein, and biotin are also needed for healthy hair -- eggs are the perfect blend of these.  Blueberries for vit c, greek yogurt for b5.
