Salad: QUESTION : SHOULD ANYONE EAT SALAD FROM FAST FOOD RESTARAUNT?  I THINK IT IS  OK to get an individual saladSALAD, but I would stay clear of SALAD bar.

Organic foods: As long as her diet is well balanced, eating organic foods is not problematic. Organic foods do not contain pesticides so they are a good choice.

Avoid: Avoid deli meats & imported soft cheeses (listeria), raw meat (steak tartar), raw fish(sushi), raw shellfish,  things made with raw eggs (salmonella), pate & refrigerated smoke seafood that is not subsequently cooked.  No unwashed vegetables or fruit. Avoid alcohol & caffeinated beverages. Avoid mecury. Fish with very high potential mercury levels: shark, swordfish, marlin & king mackerel.

Better not: Avoid as much as you can, however accidental ingestion of small amounts won't be harmful, so no  need to panic, the whole idea is that in high amounts of those two may cause uterine contractions, hence risk of miscarriage or premature labor, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby

Foods for diabetic: Yes kiwi is ok.  Try to keep carbs on low side see book the glucose solution, green leafty vegetables.  Eat protein e.g. Wild caught salmon, poultry, lean beef, nuts, eggs.  Some fats are ok, organic virgin olive oil, a little organic butter.

SEAFOOD: Nothing is contraindicated unless you are allergic to seafood.Fish is a good source of  omega-3.

See your doc: Epigastric pain may also signal gastritis or an ulcer and that can lead to problems with your appetite. Homeopathic nux vomica may help as well..

Some likes and dislikes are predicated on the body's tolerance to certain foods based upon blood type.
