Better not: Avoid as much as you can, however accidental ingestion of small amounts won't be harmful, so no need to panic, the whole idea is that in high amounts of those two may cause uterine contractions, hence risk of miscarriage or premature labor, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
