Not related: Workouts involving the upper body should have no effect on the genitalia. I would recommend you see your primary care physician to check for other conditions.

The exact nature: of that Lump is most likely needed ie: an MRI study of your elbow....consult with your Orthopedist. BTW if any kind ACTIVE exercise is making the condition worse...suggest you stop it until an exact Diagnosis is established!

Injured or torn musc: Thisa couls be an injured or torn muscle or tendon. Sometimes  you wil see  a swelling in the muscle

Pain trapezius: Probably sprain and strain from lifting weights. Stop lifting. Rest your muscles until pain stops.  Physical therapy may help.

It results in muscle tightening (i.e., guarding) to protect the injured part. Usually there is no pain until the injured part is moved. To be included in the diagnosis of fm, the pain should be located in at least three out of four quadrants of the body or along the entire spine.

Triceps Long Head: Depends on where it is hurting.  If it is at the tendon attachment or in the tendon itself then rest and building up high rep/low weights (very low weight) workouts can help.  If it is injured beyond responding to that then you might need prolotherapy in the tendon/tendon attachment.
