Triceps Long Head: Depends on where it is hurting. If it is at the tendon attachment or in the tendon itself then rest and building up high rep/low weights (very low weight) workouts can help. If it is injured beyond responding to that then you might need prolotherapy in the tendon/tendon attachment.
