Depends on  bone age: The additional height anyone can expect depends on areas in the long bones (arms, legs)called growth plates. This is where growth occurs and an active open growth plate means more growth.An xray of the hands ; wrists can be evaluated for bone maturity since there are many growth centers to see.Proper diet and exercise help you reach your potential while lack of it can stunt you.Most 18 yo are done.

Get bone age study: If your bone age xray shows that your bones are fused, then you're not going to get taller, at least not w/o ilizarov procedure (http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pmc/articles/pmc2266651/). If bones are not fused, then consult pediatric endocrinologist to look for growth hormone deficiency if your height is less than 2%tile (really short, not just a little short). Exercise will not affect height.

An xray of the hands &amp; wrists can be evaluated for bone maturity.No exercise or special diet will add to your height.  If your bone maturity is average for a 18yo you are finished growing taller.

No: Body height is determined by genetics, hormonal influences, and dietary intake (calcium, vitamin d, and protein) during childhood and adolescence. Once bodies complete their adolescent growth spurt (usually 12-15 for girls, 14-18 for boys), the body will not grow further in height.  Exercises to improve posture may improve perceived height (but not actual height).

No: This has been answered recently. Growth hormone release spikes in sleep and has nothing to do with exercise.  Exercise is good for the body and does help create a good core of healthy parts, but it does not change the eventual  height of anyone.

Just say no!: After your growth plates fuse during your teens, no magic combination of meds, vitamins, exercising/stretching will increase height, short of spending prolonged period of time in zero gravity to allow your intervertebral disks to decompress. But that will only gain you 1/2-1", not anything dramatically different. Those folks selling dietary supplements don't have to prove effectiveness or safety.

Increase height: There is abundant evidence that good nutrition increases average height in the population. Do the DASH DIET for best  nutrition. Best predictor in you is how  tall  does your identical twin get, if you have one, also get a good family height tree: your parents, and every one in your family.  The apple does not fall far from the tree. Good growing!
