IST: Ist typically isn't associated with cardiomyopathy - however this is a remote possibility with some patients .   With some patients, multiple agents are often needed. In refractory cases, ablation can be considered . Definitely follow closely with your cardiologist

Many causes: Beside being a primary "fast rhythm" other causes include pain, exercise, albuterol (breathing treatment), fever, hyperthyroidism and some other serious problems. Metoprolol may be "short acting" (depending on the dose) Atenolol may last longer.

It means that the: quality of one or the other (or both) EKGs is not good. Most likely your body position changed (lying vs. sitting) or leads were incorrectly placed. Heart rate could potentially make a difference as well. At your age it is not concerning in anyway and is most likely an artifact. Don't worry.

EP Test/workup: Rare to really have it. Rule out hormonal and other causes and deconditioning first. Thoughtful ep workup with monitoring and ep study including blockade of adrenergic and cholinergic nervous system a must before considering ablation, which should be thought of as a last ditch option.

Yes it can be danger: At age of 23 this rhythm problem could be dangerous and have to have an underlying cause.There may be irritability of the myocardium to cause pvcs and tachycardia
you need to follow the treatment adviced by your doctors to take beta blockers and need to follow up for your rhythm.Also cut down on coffee and do not take any over the counter meds without consulting your doctors, as that can cause it.

Not very likely.: Shortness of breath would most likely be the most unpleasant symptom she would experience. There are medications to easy this discomfort. If you have not established with a palliative care or hospice organization it would be kind and gentle to do so now in preparation for the event.
