my cbc results showed high mch, ne%, ne#, and ly#, while the mo% was low. i have rheumatoid and other forms of arthritis. what do these mean?

Medication effect: It is common with RA to have an anemia.   It is also common for methotrexate and some of the other RA meds to cause an increase in MCH and especially MCV.  MCH is mean corpuscular Hemoglobin.  It is a measure of how much hemoglobin is in each cell.  NE and LY refers to neutrophils and Lymphpcytes.  These are types of white blood cells and can also be affected by your disease and it's treatment.

So your absolute: Neutrophil count is low -- 3500 x 0.21 = 735. If you have had infection or mouth sores it should be worked up, otherwise the test should be repeated in 7-10 days.  May just be a transient finding.

May be nothing: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if your hemoglobin is normal, do not be concerned about these numbers. If Hb is low you probably need to take iron supplement.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

blood tests results today.. cbc all normal except for mch 31.2 high. i don't know that is should i be worried? other items out of line were glucose 115 h, t.chol/hdl ratio 3.7 l, a1c 6.2 h and vitamin d 25oh total 29.8 l. the rest are all in normal.

Prediabetic..: The MCH isn’t bothering me as much as the vitamin D deficiency and possible Prediabetes.  The blood glucose and A1C are in the prediabetic range, putting you at increased risk for the eventual development of diabetes.  Discuss options with your regular provider and consider 2000IU of vitamin D3 daily.

Iron deficiency?: I'm a lab specialist. Labs mean nothing apart from a history and physical exam, and labs aren't simply "low" or "high" -- HOW low / high is key. You owe it to yourself to get with your physician. If this is iron deficiency (which I suspect, rule out thalassemia), your physician has a duty to find out whether, and WHY -- it means serious treatable illness until proved otherwise. Stay proactive.

May not mean: A whole lot. These numbers could be seen in mild iron deficiency.

i have just had 15 blood tests done, one of  was a cbc, my mpv is 11.9 ( range from7.4 to 10.4) my mch  slightly high as well 31.3 should i concerned.

CBC: Hi, what is your Hg? I don't think these values are concerning but to properly interpret a CBC one needs all the values including Hg, MCV and etc

Poor screen: High MCV is concerning specifically for heavy alcohol use, but a savvy physician will check for B12, folate, (folic acid) hypothyroidism, and hemolytic anemia (young red cells are big). If the metabolic profile and physical exam don't indicate liver troubles, probably this sturdiest of organs is okay. Remember that a few percent of healthy folks fall a bit outside of reference ranges.
