Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have helped to have the ferritin level and your hemoglobin. However since you are likely to be losing blood each month through your periods, it would be appropriate to take oral iron supplement.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Having said that, knowing the actual values would have helped. In any case it would be safe to give him oral iron and multivitamins. These are available over the counter, however, you should consult his doctor.

Eat a healthy diet: What is your hemoglobin level? If hemoglobin is normal and ferritin is normal, there may not be anything to worry about. Eat a healthy diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils, and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise 30 minute/day for about 5 days/wk.

Two separate issues: Anemia can be due to many causes, including deficiency of iron and. Normal ferritin means that body stores of iron are okay. There are other causes of anemia, e.g., excessive menstrual blood loss, deficiency of folate (folic acid) and/or B12.

Repeat the tests: Any evidence of iron deficiency is very serious especially at your age even if you're not anemic. You need to be screened for GI / GU bleeding, have your diet reviewed (if you are a vegetarian, please reconsider), and have a history. There may also be a lab error. High serum Fe / sat can happen if you take a few iron pills before seeing the doctor "for your health".

Not convinced: From the numbers above i'm not convinced that you have iron deficiency anemia. What was your mcv? There certainly could be other scenarios that would give a laboratory analysis like this.
