Physical therapy: The two may relate: the neck could have strain/sprain, but maybe underlying spondylosis, or degenerative disc disease, or even disc protrusion.  The shoulder tingling could represent nerve root referral symptoms, but may be due to notalgia paresthetica if shoulder blade.  Consider a problem in the brachial plexus.  First, get fully examined, and maybe get physical therapy.

Multiple causes: You may have jaw joint disfunction (TMD) which is a dental problem. The sore joint would be just in front of the ear. This could cause neck ache but no arm coldness.  Sympathetic nervous responses are highly variable and respond negatively to tension.  Relax, do grind your teeth or clench your jaw.

my parathyroid test result was 6.  i have symptoms (tingling & more) & hashimoto's but dr says it doesn't mean anything.  do u agree?

Probably: If your PTH level is significantly low, seizures are usually present, so your symptoms may be associated with another underlying disorder or deficiency. Continue the on-going evaluation with your doctor, as the results of some tests may lead to the ordering of other tests and referrals to other doctors.

The Pleasure center: in YOUR brain is connected to your neck which in turn is connected to your back and triggers what you've heard people talk about as that "warm fuzzy feeling inside."  Personally, when I see a movie with a particularly emotional scene or a parent lamenting over their child with Cancer and break down...I get a tingly sensation in my nose. Strong emotions can provoke funny feelings of all types.
