Tingling in neck/jaw: Tingling in your neck and jaw may be an indication of a pinched or inflammed nerve. Please consult with your primary provider to determine the cause.

May be TMJ: Could be your jaw. Sometimes spasm in the jaw and facial muscles leads to tingling in that area. Often patients complain of numbness as well. Try a soft diet, antiinflammatories if you have discomfort, and ice. If you think you might clench or grind your teeth a dental device could help. If this doesn't help within a few days you should see your doctor.
