Could be anything: It could be related, it could be unrelated. It depends on, for instance, if there is associated fullness in the same ear, hearing loss in the same ear, and the dizziness you feel is a violent spinning, which would indicate meniere's disease. More details are needed and you probably need to see a doc for a better, more complete evaluation.

Clogging of ear: Several possibilities.  It depends on where the ear is clogged and why it is clogged.  For example clogging of the outer ear canal with wax can cause these symptoms.  Middle ear clogging can cause similar symptoms but the treatment differs.

Get it checked: Eleven days of vertigo is not normal. Neither is having reduced hearing in one ear, especially if they began together. It may be recoverable (the hearing) if treatment is prompt, usually with steroids. 

The vertigo can mean something easily treated to something that is more serious. Get it checked out.

: Work up is needed and should be escalated to the brain level with a complete neurological exam followed by brain imaging. Would recommend starting/ continuing with your main doctor who can examine and coordinate further based on findings.

Headaches : Your headaches and dizziness are not related to glasses. The sound you hear in your ears may be due to the flow of blood through blood vessels located near the ears.

Effusion: Likely some type of fluid in middle ear. Try chewing gum or a lemon drop. This should resolve. If persistent or fever get rechecked.

Ears: You may have serous otitis or fluid in the ears which are giving you your symptoms. See an ENT specialist. You may need steroids to dry out your ears
