2 issues: More info is needed about the leg symptoms and the swallowing trouble.  Is the swallowing trouble getting food from the mouth to the throat or is food sticking in your chest? Start with an evaluation by your physician and tests and/ or referrals to an orthopedic specialist and gastroenterologist can be arranged. Certain autoimmune disorders can cause both musculoskeletal and esophageal symptoms.

i have sharp pain going down my keft leg........ when i get up from sitting or laying i am having sharp pains shooting down my left leg, it starts in my lower back on the left side just below my waistline and shoots down my left leg and it hurts more wher

You : You may have ruptured disk.  I would recommend seeing a physical therapist, but if you can not afford it you could try to look up mckenzie exercises on youtube.  If it worsens or does not improve you should really see a doctor.  Good luck!

when doing pelvic floor exercises i sometimes get sharp pain in back or sciatica pain running down leg? i have no spine problems.

Sciatic nerve: The sciatic nerve comes out of an area of the pelvic floor muscles.  If you are contracting these muscles or if they are inflamed / irritated the sciatic nerve can be irritated.  Stretching and chiropractic would be helpful.  Also, there are Physical Therapists specifically trained to improve pelvic floor tone.

More information: Pain sensitive structures are irritated. Lots of things can do this. Nerve injury due to compression from internal or external sources, infection, inflammatory process, compartment syndrome, ischemia ( lack of blood flow) or tumor. You need a careful exam if the problem worsens or persists.

when i sit  i have a sharp pain in my right buttock, doesnt radiate down my leg. had an mri that showed tears in the gluteus medius but ortho said it doesnt mean anything. had si and piriformis injection, no improvement. any ideas for dx tests?

Diagnosis: Will not be needed, as you have one that is consistent with imaging and your symptoms. The confusion comes from communication with ortho that should read as not surgically correctable in his or her opinion. This type of lesion will at least partially heal, it will take long and physical therapy may help.

backs of both my lower legs to ankles are stiff&sore. especially after i get up from sleeping or sitting down. sharp pain that goes away after abit. in more of my left leg than my right. have to hobble abit just after i start to walk.

Get examined: you will need a physicial exam, x-rays of your lumbo-sacral spine, nerve conduction studies and possibly an MRI of the LS spine. I would suggest an orthopedic evaluation.

Likely nerve related: Low back/hip pain can radiate to the foot due to a nerve compression, entrapment or injury. L4/L5 is a very common area that can also give tingling and nerve sensations on the top of the big toe due to L5.  Proper diagnosis and treatment options by a Specialist in person are essential for correct healing and preventing further damages.
