Abnormal CBC: Without further details, it is hard to say, but an elevated white count could reflect an infection somewhere. The platelet count interpretation really depends on the number, but if both the white count and the platelets are significantly elevated, it is time to go to a hematologist.

May be nothing: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if your hemoglobin is normal, do not be concerned about these numbers. If Hb is low you probably need to take iron supplement.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Iron deficiency?: I'm a lab specialist. Labs mean nothing apart from a history and physical exam, and labs aren't simply "low" or "high" -- HOW low / high is key. You owe it to yourself to get with your physician. If this is iron deficiency (which I suspect, rule out thalassemia), your physician has a duty to find out whether, and WHY -- it means serious treatable illness until proved otherwise. Stay proactive.

cbc came back with high platelets (610, 000) how concerning is this? dr wants to retest in month. is that ok? other results from cbc were normal.

Maybe: There are several reasons that platelets may be high. Iron deficiency, bleeding (even a heavy period), inflammation, and a myeloproliferativeve disorder are among the more common. It's probably worth confirming that the level is high with another blood count before further evaluating. No need for a whole month to go by before repeating.

Nothing by itself: There is probably a very mild anemia, the white count is minimally up, and as far as I am concerned the platelets are still in the healthy range. As a lab specialist, I am always reminding people that labs mean nothing apart from the history and physical exam. I can raise my white count to this level taking a cold shower. If you feel well and there are no abnormal cells reported, be thankful.

No.: Not enough info to be concerned about.  A high RDW and platelets could indicate just about anything including normal variation.  Probably the most common cause of something like this is iron deficiency although as I noted there is very little info here to guess with.
