For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Trace=trace: Trace would be an occasional finding on normal people with no health issues. It would be more likely during an illness. Significant levels would be stated as such. I would look into finding a life coach who could help you develop skills to deal with your anxiety.

Yes, possible: Above scenario appears consistent with a passed stone, however you are left with the 2 conditions that contributed, taking a blood thinner and the propensity of forming stones and the risk for another such episode in the future remains high. Make sure all your treating docs are aware of recent events.

Ruled in are conditions that alter how the gut "senses" pain, distension, & the movement of food or residue. The good news then is that there's no bad news, allowing the symptoms you describe to be addressed without concern for missing a bad problem.

To make money: The insurance company needs to know what risks they are assuming when they insure you. Laboratory tests can help them determine if you have diabetes, high cholesterol, drug abuse etc. 

Riskier people pay higher insurance rates or may not be offered coverage at all. Healthy people are less risk and can be insured at less cost to the company.
