i get severe headaches/migraines, as often as every 2-3 days which are not relieved by nsaids. i also have a mild headache all the time. is it possible that i have a brain tumor?

Poss neck pain: Your head pain after waking in back of head is most likely from arthritis in neck which may getting stretched during sleep. You have history of chronic pain.

Clenching?: See your MD. Night time clenching/grinding of teeth can  cause headaches. If this is you, see a TMJ expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.

Vestibular migraine?: The vestibule is the inner ear, which contains the balance system. In vestibular migraine patients will have episodes of vertigo with or without headache. The symptoms are similar to labyrinthitis or vestibular neuritis which are caused usually by viral infections. But with vestibular migraine there is no infection.**Recommend Neurology consultation

You : You have quite a number of symptoms. It's difficult to say if they are all related or represent different issues. If you are concerned about pregnancy (not sure if that is your question) the only way to know is to have testing done. This can be done at home or in your doctor's office. Iud's are not 100% effective, so this is a possibility, although small.
Regardless, all the above stated symptoms warrant investigation. This would be a good time to have your annual physical exam by your primary care provider, or a routine office visit if you had a physical already in the past year. You may be suffering from high blood pressure, thyroid problem, hormonal imbalance, diabetes, or anemia. The list goes on. The only way to find out is to have a thorough medical evaluation.

Unlikely: 5 mm is borderline abnormal. Other causes of chronic daily headache may be considered such as chronic migraine.

Serious enough: This probably won't kill you or spread to others but it is taking lots out of your ability to do what needs to be done and from the joy you could otherwise find. Even your ability to perform your religious duties with full dedication is probably impaired. Do the right thing and see a doctor. Have a full exam to rule out disease. Then find a therapist you can trust to learn anxiety self-mgmt skills

Caffeine withdrawal: Caffeine is something the body gets used-to if ingested daily, and eventually the body comes to depend upon it to maintain a normal state like with nicotine or other drugs.   Suddenly stopping caffeine intake often causes sleepiness, headache, irritability, sometimes constipation.  The symptoms improve day to day until gone but can take several weeks to abate fully.  Ibuprofen/acetaminophen help.

Headaches/pregnant: See your OB physician for an evaluation to check your blood pressure.  If normal, he/she may recommend a neurologist for further testing.
