: Stress and anxiety can certainly affect urination.  That is fairly common and might be best controlled with a small amount of an SSRI.

None: If you had less urine out put than fluid intake it's not dehydration, it's fluid overload and edema.  Ascites is accumulation of fluid in the abdomen which could happen with kidney, liver or heart problems.

Possible, but: The tests indicate no physical basis. Stress is a great mimic. I would see a Rheumatologist, to make sure your Ratnaud's is not serious. Nail fold capilaroscopy is a must!

Yes.: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) has a half ;life of 10 hours which means that in 10 hours half of the medications will be out of the system so if you do not take Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) after the 10 hours, it should be undetectable at 55 hours.

The most common: urine test, often done for legal purposes, detects ethyl glucuronide in the urine. The EtG test confirms alcohol ingestion as long as 3-4 days after intake, or about 80 hours after the liver metabolizes alcohol.  There is nothing you can do to eliminate the alcohol from your system more quickly. It is possible that not much will be detected at 48 hours if you didn't drink very much 48 hours ago.

Yes in diabetics: Diabetics with uncontrolled blood sugar will spill sugar into their urine.  This will pull water out of the body and can lead to urinary frequency.  If yu have this problem, you need to see your physician for the appropriate evluation and management.

: This will depend on the sensitivity of the test. Ask the lab.  You may get negative results especially with dipstick.

Potent: That's a very potent diuretic. It obviously worked yesterday. It's too soon to say about today. Try this:each morning when you awaken, empty your bladder, weigh yourself before you eat or drink anything, no clothes - if your Dytor is working, you'll see your weight gradually going down. Remember that fluid is also lost thru perspiration, so you're in more negative balance than you're measuring.
