There is "on this web site" the term "brain fog." it can causes fatigue and poor sleep.  But you did not specify why you feel "terrible." depending on the issue, it may not be your lupus!

i just had bloodwork done today. rheumatoid factor was lower than 10. crp inflammatory marker was 6. i cant find a straight answer on what this means? i have chronic pain in my back and was diagnosed with ra/oa even with neg. ana. what does 6 mean?

Back pain: Those values don't support a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Since you're complaining of chronic back pain and show no evidence of autoimmune disorder, I recommend being evaluated at a spine center where appropriate testing will be performed and proper treatment options discussed.
