: The Romberg Test is a physical finding which may explain spinal column disease or similar conditions affecting equilibrium and proprioception, or balance. Typically I have a patient stand upright, eyes closed, with feet together and arms and palms up in front. A positive test is if they sway and lose their balance and step away. Its best used in the right clinical context.

: No. Unless you got reinfected, the Positive PCR would be from dead virus in your nose.
Get vaccinated even though you got infected.

: The Romberg Test is a non-specific test of neurological dysfunction or inner ear dysfunction which does not indicate a specific condition. If you have a positive Romberg test, your doctor will order tests to determine what's causing it. The patellar reflex 3+ can be from several things including being normal.

Exposure not disease: A positive TB test indicates past exposure to the bug that causes tb. Whether you have active TB disease or not depends on whether you are symptomatic or have signs of TB disease on chest xray or other appropriate tests based on your symptoms. Those that only have a positive TB test but none of the above have latent tb. Talk to your doctor who can do additional tests to figure out if you have tb.
