No. Unless you got reinfected, the Positive PCR would be from dead virus in your nose. Get vaccinated even though you got infected.

Break through and recurrent infection have occurred. The PCR test may remain positive, but the virus may not be transmissible. If you have any symptoms, a re test is recommended. A COVID-19 vaccination is recommended.
