Can be pancreas infl: Amylase: enzyme made by pancreas and salivary glands.  Elevation can be seen with pancreatitis, mumps, vomiting/bulimia sometimes with other GI  (gallbladder, ulcer), gyn issues.
Lipase is a somewhat more specific pancreatic enzyme.  Mild elevations non specific, very high more specific marker of pancreatic inflammation.  Kidney disease screws up the values. Incr. In cystic fibrosis, celiac, .

Maybe nothing: A mild elevation of serum lipase generally means nothing whatever.  Even taking an Ibuprofen tablet may raise the level. The reference range is simply what most folks have. Lipase is assayed primarily to rule out acute pancreatitis, which is not a subtle disease and in which lipase is usually several times above the top of the reference range.

Not a reliable test: Lipase is not a particularly useful test. So my question to you is... why did you get it checked in the first place? Have you had any elevation of Amylase or any history of Acute Pancreatitis??

Pancreatitis or VSG: A vertical sleeve gastrectomy removes about 75% of stomach, including the part that covers a lot of the pancreas.  Both surgery in this area and general anesthesia can cause elevations in lipase, which represent pancreatitis.  CANCER NEVER ELEVATES LIPASE (very rare cases).  Lipase must have been measured because of pain -- no other reason.  Could also be a leak or an ulcer.  Rec endoscopy &amp; CT.

Gallbladder/pancreas: High amylase with increased lipase  can indicate pancreatitis.
High conjugated bilirubin indicates hepatobiliary disease.  You should go see a gastroenterologist with your lab results.

Lesion: In cases like this I sit down with the radiologist who interpreted the ct scan and ask advice as to possible diagnosis, how concerning is the lesion, what other studies, if any, would shed more light on the diagnosis, what specialists may be helpful. With one lesion, yours may well be benign, a hemangioma for example. But again, I need advice from my fellow physicians about further workup,

: It is hard to diagnose that without an exam and maybe further testing. I suggest you pursue with your doctor if more tests are needed to daignose and treat your symptoms.

Normal response: Some of the enzyme normally released by the pancreas into the intestine may spill into blood. It is not unique to lipase. Intestine alkaline phosphatase also increases in blood with a meal.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

When cells in the pancreas are injured, increased amounts of lipase enter the blood, occur in Pancreatitis, Pancreatic tumour rare, and from blocked PD with gallstone.
Contracted GB is seen, when GB empties post meals.or Diseased GB from inflammation  or gallstones
