: These areas of the body are naturally more pigmented then the rest of the body. Using any 'depigmenting' local material may cuse more harm like dermatitis and still not make the area lighter. Stick with what God and nature intended

Rectal tone: Poor rectal tone should be evaluated by a urologist to determine the cause. If there is associated back pain, weakness and difficulty with urination then a neurosurgeon may assist in the evaluation.
