Rectal: examination does show rectal tone with inability to expel my finger. what does this mean? and what is this a sign of?

Rectal tone: Poor rectal tone should be evaluated by a urologist to determine the cause. If there is associated back pain, weakness and difficulty with urination then a neurosurgeon may assist in the evaluation.

Rectum: Not sure whose finger is in your rectum. Good tone is normal.
