Abrupt up placental: You may have abruptio placental. If you are pregnant, this situation can be life threatening to the fetus.

Sonogram: If you are pregnant and having pain then a sonogram needs to be done to make sure that the pregnancy is located inside of the uterus. If it is located outside in the tube then this requires immediate treatment. If it is located inside of the uterus then your blocked left tube is not an issue at this time

having left side cramping that goes down to left thigh, though mildly. i'm currently @ cycle day 18. what can this possible mean? i'm sexually active.

A few things: Cramping around day #18 could still be ovulatory related, though not necessarily.  It definitely doesn't mean you are or are not pregnant, in case you were wondering that.  It could be musculoskeletal, and not related to the uterus, but to other muscles in the pelvis.  Take some ibuprofen, and see if it gets better, for example, 600mg every 8 hours or so. Electrolytes: Cramps are usually associated with some type of electrolyte problem and calcium, magnesium or potassium are likely decreased.  See if your doctor can check them.

i took a pink yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) tablet around 24 hrs late & during and after the ovulation day i had little cramps on the left side. can this mean that i ovulated?

No ovulation: When you are taking birth control pills you do not ovulate. There is no ovulation day. Anytime you miss pills you decrease their ability to prevent ovulation. Usually missing one pill does not affect the fertility too much but it is not a good idea. If remembering to take pills is hard for you consider using an IUD /Implant or a nondaily method.

i have a 31 day cylce i have ovulated and my next period is in 2 weeks. i'm getting  bad cramps on the left side of my uterus, what could this mean?

Ovarian cyst vs UTI: Ovarian cysts can cause these kind of pain. But if pain colicky and starts around kidney think of stone or infection . Get urine analysis is very helpful as well as complete ultrasound of pain area at time of worst pain this helps to see if cyst is too big or ruptured or swollen then treatment will be based on correct diagnosis .

Check preg test: Craving limes and having vaginal discharge are not signs of pregnancy. If you are concerned you might be pregnant check a pregnancy test. They are available over the counter and are cheap and reliable. Please your doctor to have the vaginal discharge evaluated for yeast, bacterial vaginosis and stds.

trying to conceive i ovulated between sep 16 through the 21st my period was sep 6 aftet my ovulating days i have had left side cramping and hite creamy discharge along with a headache for two days could this mean i'm pregnant?

Possibly: Certainly it is possible for you to be pregnant. But some of the vaginal symptoms could also be a sign of infection. Your cramping may also indicate a period coming on. If your symptoms persist you should see your doctor. And if you dont get a period you should take a pregnancy test. But this would be the time of implantation so way to early to know anything yet.

Pyelonephritis?: A left kidney infection could present this way - please see your obstetrician immediately for proper evaluation and management. Drink plenty of water and go to the er if you have any fever!
