A few things: Cramping around day #18 could still be ovulatory related, though not necessarily. It definitely doesn't mean you are or are not pregnant, in case you were wondering that. It could be musculoskeletal, and not related to the uterus, but to other muscles in the pelvis. Take some ibuprofen, and see if it gets better, for example, 600mg every 8 hours or so.
