Yes, possible: Above scenario appears consistent with a passed stone, however you are left with the 2 conditions that contributed, taking a blood thinner and the propensity of forming stones and the risk for another such episode in the future remains high. Make sure all your treating docs are aware of recent events.

Blood in urine: If only a trace amount of blood (without any protein in urine), the most likely possibilities include kidney stones or crystals in the urine, recent heavy exercise, thin basement membrane nephropathy, or IgA nephropathy. The latter 2 are detected with a kidney biopsy, but in the absence of protein in the urine most nephrologists would not pursue one.  Also need to consider a kidney or bladder mass.

Blood in urine?: You seem to have two problems. The first is your "blood in urine" (b). If you do not have a urinary tract infection and you had b, have the urine analysis repeated. If it is negative, recheck in 2-3 months. If it is positive for b, go to a urologist for a work up for your b. The second problem is just as serious. If you truly cannot trust your physician, you need to find another one.  Good luck.

UTI?: Get checked out as any blood in the urine is abnormal. A simple UTI could cause those symptoms but you need a urologic evaluation.

pain in abdomen and back. went to er and the ct showed a 2mm and 6 mm stone in my right kidney. the doctor said he didn't think this was causing my pain because of the location. also, a small amount of blood in urine. couldn't those cause pain?

:  Small non obstructing stones in the kidney are usually incidental findings and rarely cause abdominal pain. they can produce blood in urine on exam. The doc who examined you is right for he co-related the findings with his clinical exam.
