It does not : A physical exam is a complete examination of all body parts. Other than the fact that there are some gender related differences in our body parts between men and women, the process of examination is not much different between men vs women.

An annual Pap and: Referral for mammogram is in order if you have no "pre-existing" issues or meds.  Your doctor shouls assess any changes in weight, blood pressure, check urine for blood and protein, he should teach prevention (diet, quit smoking, assesss etoh intake) examine top to bottom.

Depends: Depends on your individual health goals.  But in general, for preventive screening, every two years is probably sufficient if you have no medical conditions.  This is primarily driven by the USPSTF recommendation that you have a mammogram every 2 years between the ages of 50 and 75.  Other things to have checked would be blood pressure, cervical cancer screening (every 3-5 years) and Colon cancer.

Possibilities...: This means there was a small amount of microscopic blood in the urine sample. One of the most common reasons for a female is having your menses at the time the sample was obtained. Another common reason is if a catheter was inserted to obtain the sample. If neither of these explains it, it might be best to repeat the urine test and pursue further tests if  the blood is still present.

Doesn't matter: The gender of the physician and patient do not have to be matched to have a quality annual exam. If pub feel more comfortable with one over another, that's ok, and you can choose your doctor accordingly. Best to keep the same doctor over the years and develop a good relationship. Physical exam: Typically eyes ears nose mouth neck lungs heart glands breasts belly arms legs, reflexes plus others as appropriate.  Skin, obviously.  If you have concerns about part of your body or about part of the exam, please do ask.

At a first visit: the doctor would review your history and medical records with you. Then they would do a complete physical exam(probably not a pelvic exam) and possibly recommend lab work and maybe an EKG. Then they should review any abnormal findings, if any, and review healthy living. If you are behind on any vaccines, they may recommend/do those. So...easy visit and important to keep up with your yearly exams!

Chaperone: a male doctor should have a female chaperone  doctors are all used to "things" like penile or vaginal lesion so try to relax  but if a female physician is available please ask
