Physical Exam: Aphysical exam for 32 years entails a detaild family history, personal history, past history of any significance, a comprehensive physical exam.Blood test for routine cbc, blood chemistry including glucose, cholesterol and kidney functions, urine analysis and if indicated thyroid hormone profile and advice to have a pap smear and gyn exam which i stopped doig many years ago' so what are you waiting for.
