Depends: Depends on your individual health goals. But in general, for preventive screening, every two years is probably sufficient if you have no medical conditions. This is primarily driven by the USPSTF recommendation that you have a mammogram every 2 years between the ages of 50 and 75. Other things to have checked would be blood pressure, cervical cancer screening (every 3-5 years) and Colon cancer.
