Need to examine you.: There are many conditions which can cause it.  Is it acute or chronic?  What other symptoms are associated with it, i.e., fever, trouble brearthing or urinating or moving bowels?  Is it associated with trauma?  Weight loss?  The potential causes range from kidney or pancreas trouble, to a strain of muscle, to csncer..  Seeing a doctor for a good history and examination is the first step to take.

Need evaluation: Your symptoms dictate both evaluation of your venous and arterial circulation as well as evaluation for some inflammatory process that may be affecting you. Would see vascular specialist and neurologist for sure and possibly orthapaedic specialist as well.

You need : A workup.  A full exam and possibly a ct or MRI to make sure nothing abnormal is going on. 
A c-section is a bloody operation and sometimes some things that can be injured cannot be seen at the time of surgery.

In addition, may be kidney problems, such as infection, kidney stones, appendicitis. As you can see, there are many conditions to consider. I think to be sure; I would see a health care provider for an evaluation.

Seek doctor visit: It sounds like it has been rough month for you.  The neck pain can be due to anything, however when in context with memory problems i would get more help from a professional.  Get yourself to your primary care doctor as soon as possible.
Fibromyalgia would not be the first line of thought; there are other things higher up on my potential list.
